This is a vintage 1988 cross stitch book (or leaflet), Stitches and Switches - An Oriental Book, Book 3 from Fond Memories, Inc.  It includes 16 pages of Asian-themed cross stitch designs and instructions for light switchplates.  Designs are by Laura Doyle.  Book is in good condition; there's a little light wear to the cover, nothing serious, but nothing else to mention.  Pages are all intact and very clean.  Asking $8.00 obo for the lot.
