For your consideration is an impressive museum quality and extremely detailed antique (Early 19th century) pair of Chinese roof titles, depicting a guardian fu lion. As shown on photos 3 and 4, they bear a Jian Ding Export seal, which is incomplete on both tiles. Each title measures approximately 11" high by 8.5" deep and 4" wide. Both tiles together weight over 9 pounds. As shown on the last five (5) photos, there are some minor damages on the piece that includes small chips and nicks (not a big deal), consistent with their age. Please note that despite the aforementioned condition, this is an amazing pair of tiles worth of acquiring them by those who love Chinese antiques. They come from the estate of a South Florida's collector of Asian antiques.
