The activated charcoal helps reduce excessive post-meal gas and bloating by effectively adsorbing intestinal gases. The sticks contain microgranules that make swallowing easier without discolouring the mouth.

Take 1 to 2 sticks per day: 1 before and possibly 1 after the main meal.

Take with or without a glass of water. To take without water, allow the microgranules of activated biochar to dissolve in your mouth for a few seconds, then swallow whole.
