This is a nice note, very crisp and clean, appears uncirculated (not verified), issued by the "Command of the Army Council". The note is not dated, SN#AA/ 9 942850.
A piece of history for collection, or always nice for gifts.
This note is ungraded, not circulated or used as we can see, but we are not presuming any particular grade or condition.
