The panels are brand new from Rodeo Home. They call this color Ivory, but it is barely an off-white, just not a stark white, definitely not a beige-ivory.

Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Items shipped to Missouri require payment of 8.1% Missouri sales tax. Items are usually shipped within one day of receipt of cleared payment.

Shipping charges are not refundable.  Buyer pays for return shipping with a tracking number.  If free shipping is initially provided and the item is returned, the refund will be for the price minus original shipping costs.  Buyers  should contact me immediately upon receipt of their items if there is a problem.   Returns must be received back by me within 30 days of purchase.
