This is a gorgeous "Money Bags" shirt from American designer Robert Graham.

Made in India of 100% cotton, it's striped in light blues with a tiny paisley design in dark brown. It has an extraordinary complimentary floral design on the flip cuffs and inside neck.

The neck measures 16.5 inches from button to button hole.

 The sleeve length is 36/37 inches from mid-collar to the end of the cuff. 

Across the back, laid flat, the shirt measures 23 inches armpit to armpit and 32 inches from the collar seam to the bottom of the back tail.
