This is for a copy of Sex Pack, by Don Holliday (a pseduonym for David Case). 1963. Midnight Reader. MR 473. Book is cocked.  Slight "S" shape to the book when looking at the top or bottom foredges. Pages are off-white and supple. Binding is good, but care should be taken when handling to ensure the continued integrity of the glue which is over 50 years old.
