I sent Mr. Douglas a letter with this photo at The Douglas Foundation address in 1989.  He was kind enough to sign it for me.  He signed his name in blue ink at the bottom of photo.

The address of his foundation is 141 El Camino Drive, Beverly Hills, California 90212, as noted on the return envelope, which is included in this sale.
