A Markmanship award fron a N.J. fraternal order for guns.....dated1948....since its so unspecific....its got its spot ...in the RIGHT collection......a little slice of NEW JERSEY history to find a loving home.......poss. a tally punch mark for accurate shooting?.....cannot say.....for the record....posted under military academies to draw      interest......of possibilities......THANKS.
