Apparently there was not only an issue with catching, steal and killing livestock, but also in molesting them! $100 reward for arrest and conviction. With later phone number, I would guess 1970s/80s. Some soiling and wear, edge and corner wear, dinged upper right corner whch also has some face loss. Other 3 corners also dinged. It measures 8" x 10". A nice find.
