For your consideration, here is a Durco Construction, Port Angeles, Washington Advertising Lighter. The lighter is marked Calkor, Korea, on the bottom. The printing on it is very light. It has some wear and scratches on it. I don't think it works. It is missing a part where the wick comes out. The wheel does turn freely.
