This is Durham Jakel J238-150-1571 Draft Inducer Blower Motor HC21ZE117-B used part. 

This motor was removed by HVAC installer from a fully functioning systems. Old system was replaced with newer one (more energy efficient) and was in good working condition. 

The motor was tested for proper work by professional HVAC installer before listed.
