Description
This
is a pair of vintage braided dark oil eight plait leather show hobbles
with eight sterling silver ferrules and braided buttons. The hobbles
are in clean well maintained pre-owned condition. The center rings are
lightly rusted in places. The hobbles may be kangaroo as was the
typical leather utilized to make romal reins, reatas, and hobbles during
that period, but I cannot say for sure. As is typical of these show
hobbles, it was probably carried on a show saddle in accordance with
AHSA stock rules and saw very light use. The silver ferrules do not
have any dents or crimps. Payment
