PARTANNA is a Monovarietal Filtered Extra Virgin Olive Oil made

exclusively from “Nocellara del Belice” olives produced in October in

the Province of Trapani, in Sicily.


The Nocellara del Belice Olive

produces a very rich flavor profile, with notes of artichokes &

almonds and a nice peppery finish. Very low acidity (typically around

0.3%). Extremely versatile oil that can be used for finishing, dipping

and also cooking.
