This is for a pair of Nautical Jeans Company Women's Vintage Premium Denim Jeans - Size 4 Anchor 

 I purchased these jeans, and they are Tagged Vintage: (Recycled, Rewashed, Relive Vintage Premium Denim Wear) They are  in very good condition.  Please see pictures carefully before purchase because these jeans are pre-owned and have been worn.   The zipper is working and the button is in place.

Measurements:

Across the waist measures about 14 inches, from the top of the jeans to the bottom is about 40 inches, and the inseam is about 30 inches.
