PROMO text on label. Side C/D ONLY (Side A/B NOT included). Vinyl plays nicely, except for occasional crackles on side D (play-graded). Generic Hot Tracks cover looks great; a few creases near edges, tiny surface abrasions, and scuffing (front/back). Inner-sleeve is original (poly-lined paper). Spine has no text, with wear. Shelf-wear along bottom-edge; heavier wear along top-edge, especially near center and left. Wear to corners. Opening is crisp with signs of light use and divots. (Not a cut-out.)
Series 3, Issue 1, was one of many releases from Hot Tracks, the DJ-only subscription/remix service. Releases were pressed in limited quantities and featured mixes of Top 40, Hi-NRG, House, Urban, Disco and Euro tracks. Issues were originally released on single 12" but soon appeared on double 12" and later triple 12" vinyl sets. Monthly CD's began in 1991 and replaced the vinyl sets completely in 2000. This issue includes hits from Simba and Melissa Manchester, as well as a Best Of Hot Tracks 1983 mix by various artists.
