This is a vintage HELLER METAL FILE TIE CLASP!

Just like a miniature metal file that the Heller Tool Company makes, THIS tiny file was made into a TIE CLASP!

Most likely a piece for the workers and or used as advertising, it has all the little lines a file of this type would have.

It had a white or cream enamel handle but most of that has worn away.

MEASUREMENTS: 2" Length

CONDITION: This piece of jewelry is in  pre-owned and vintage used condition. The clip is in full working order. There is a slight curve to the file.  There is a lot of enamel wear as well as scratching and finish wear.
