For your consideration, here is a Vintage “Prayer Changes Things” Wooden Souvenir Plaque Sign.  It has printed on the back "Litchfield, Minnesota, no. 561."  It has some wear and a few light scratches on it.  It measures 8 inches wide, 3 5/8 inches tall and is ¼ of an inch thick.
