Tested and works. 

The roll switch has a tiny crack which does not affect functionality. 

No outer sleeve to the Styrofoam part. The Styrofoam shows wear but will be included for safe shipping. 

The lightbulb works and is included but there is a slight chance that the shipping will damage the filament and it will not work.
