This is a beautiful pendant with a simulated ruby surrounded by CZ stones in the heart. Simulated ruby is heart shaped.  18 inch chain and round clasp.  Pendant commerates the Fire Fighters.  Heart is 1 inch by 1 inch.  Beautifully gift boxed in a gold box.  See pictures for full description.
