  • Attention: DO NOT ship us your Hard Drives! Make sure to remove them along with the trays from the unit before you ship the defective NAS device to our repair facility.

    • Unable to boot
    • Dead / No power
    • Power cycles; Turns itself off and on
    • HDDs not recognized
    • Unable to access web interface
    • Unit boots, but no LAN connectivity


    This is a repair service, you must ship us your defective NAS device for repair! You are not purchasing a replacement unit.

    How does this mail-in repair service work?

    1. Purchase the repair service
    2. An automated Email is sent with packaging & shipping instructions along with a link to your newly created account & ticket
    3. Ship your defective device using the address provided in the email
    4. Once received, we process your module into our system and immediately begin repairs
    5. Once fixed we quickly package the board and provide you with your tracking number

    What is the turnaround time for a repair?

    3-5 business days after we receive your defective device. (this does not include shipping time)



    What if my symptom is not listed or I have another unlisted issue?

    Then you may have a different issue with your NAS device. We do not provide troubleshooting



    Do you work on NAS devices that have been serviced before have had failed repair attempts or missing parts?

    No



    What happens if you can't fix my NAS device?

    In the event we are unable to fix your unit, we will issue a full refund minus shipping cost and return the device to you.



    What if I have a problem with my NAS device after it has arrived, is there a warranty for this repair service?

    A 1 Year warranty is included with this repair service from the date of departure of our repair center. Customer is responsible for return shipping to our facility, unless unit is DOA.
