Payment:

payment is accepted through Paypal. I reserve the right to cancel the sale if payment is not received within 48 hours from the close of auction.

Shipment:

will be made the next business day after payment is cleared.

A signature will be required to receive packages valued over $200.

Seller reserves the right to choose the appropriate carrier for different destinations to deliver the item.

Return:

returned item must be postmarked 14 days after the delivery confirmation date. Buyer is responsible to pay for return postage and insurance for item against loss or damage . Item needs to be in its ORIGINAL condition. In the case of new with tags items, the tag needs to be still attached in its original way and the security tag with unique serial number still intact. If you remove the SECURITY tag, there will be absolutely no returns accepted. NO EXCEPTION. If item is not what you want and you return it within 3 days from  delivery confirmation, there will be no restocking fee deducted from you.

Refund:

will be given in the same manner the payment was made minus all original shipping fees.
