This small oval metal basket is pink in color. It feels like either a very thick paint job, or light plastic coating. I did not try to peel any off to see. It does have two bail handles, one is harder to move up and down than the other. There is some scuffing and discoloration in spots, particularly near the where the handles attach to the body of the basket. There also appears to be some very light rust spots near the handles, and where the various metal pieces are attached to one another.

The basket measures approximately 9 3/4 inches by 8 inches. And is approximately 5 1/4 inches deep. It would make a cute display piece. Especially in a bathroom with rolled up hand towels and wash cloths, or in a childs room with small stuffed toys in it.
