Scalloped top and bottom edges of topper. Measures 4 inches in height. Top scalloped opening measures 3 inches in diameter. Bottom of topper approximately 5 1/2 inches in diameter.

Has gllitter on bottom rim and on the trees
It has a manufacturing flaw, the glitter snow on one tree did not go on correctly as one tree
is missing two partial branches of it
