With their large flowers on long spikes, with large purple-red lips in striking contrast to the bright white base and wing petals. Bold colors on showy leaves. These snapdragons are a gardener's favorite choice for a long lasting cut lower. Will grow to 18 inches tall in height and is a large-flowered form of the common garden snapdragon. It is usually grown as an  annual, but  it may winter over with mild winter weather. These plants produce densely packed spikes that bloom in succession. Snapdragons perform best in cooler summer climates.
