This AC Power Supply, with North American Power Cord, is designed for use with all Eclipse 2, 3 & 5 Series Portable Oxygen Concentrators. When using the Eclipse with AC Power the Power Cartridge WILL recharge automatically in the unit.

USAGE: The picture at right is a sample, individual power supply designs may vary. The Eclipse AC Power Supply will be warm during usage. Ensure that there is always plenty of space for ventilation around the AC Power Supply during use.

PART & MODEL NUMBERS: SeQual uses different "part" and "model" numbers for the same products, so Part Number 5940/5941 will have a Model Number of 5789/5790. Part Number 5490/5491 (or Model Number 5789/5790) is compatible with all Eclipse 2 and Eclipse 3 POCs.
