This laptop turns boots on to the UEFI Screen ONLY…. I think the SSD is NOT Working. I’m NOT sure

When looking up the serial number this is what I get….

I DO NOT know what’s inside the laptop besides the info I got when imputing the serial number

The screen looks great, and the keypad, and mousepad works fine.

Comes with a generic power cord that I ordered
