This Card is Year of the Sheep, but 2015 can also be called the Year of the Ram or Goat by Chinese standards. The images on the Starbucks Card seems to depict the Ram with the curled horns. The Card says '2015 YEAR OF THE SHEEP' and the Chinese symbols in the top right translate to HAPPY NEW YEAR.

The Chinese New Year for 2015 is officially celebrated in 2015 on February 19th, based on the new moon.
