A pair of Backlander Backland Camo pants.  These are XL with adjustable waist by pull tabs on the sides of the waist.  They can cinch down to 38 up to 42".  These have been freshly washed.  They have light wear.   They feature cargo pockets, reinforced knees and rear, and drawstring cuffs.

Waist: 42" (down to 38" with adjustable waist)

Inseam:  32"

Rise:  13"
