Up for sale is this Nov. 4, 1992 issue of the Oregonian newspaper from Portland, Oregon declaring the landslide victory by Bill Clinton to become the 42nd president of the United States. 

This issue is complete with a number of sections summarizing national and local election results. This newspaper is in good overall condition with some storage creases and fading due to age.
