There is one individual pin-hole at the top edge, plus a 3/32" corner crease at the front lower right corner, & a 1/16" corner crease at the front lower left corner, & a 1/8" corner crease at the front top left corner, & a 1/8" corner crease at the front top right corner,  plus a faint 7/16" crease at the front mid-lower right edge, & a very, very, VERY faint 1" crease at the front right lower edge, near a faint 1-7/8" crease, plus a faint 1-1/4" crease just behind Michael Hurst
