LOT THREE (3) "RARE" NEWELL ATOMIC "5" ATOMIC PISTOLS - MODEL #149 WITH ONE (1) ORIGINAL STORE BOX AND ONE (1) BOX AMMO These 1950's pistols are totally awesome at 9" long, 6 tall, 2 1/2 wide. They are fire engine Red - All gleaming red. CONDITION: As with so many of the 1950's plastic toys they are warped in the front, the plastic is brittle, but the springs and mechanism are intact. HENCE: activating the gun runs the risk of CRACKING . One of the pistols, if you look inside, suffered from a little too much love!! The left tab holding the spring on the left inside (look at pic#5 versus pic #3 & #4 which are perfect), looking from the back (#5) left inside tab is broken. Even though the left tab is broken, the mechanism sits in proper configuration.. The other two (#3 & #4) are perfect (both tabs are intact). ALL the seams welded and tight. Some minimal surface wear to all. Imprinting on plastic clear. NEWELL ATOMIC "5" PISTOL. The box is intact but fragile. Graphics on the box are great!! These are truly statement pieces and unique additions to your Newell collection, ray guns, space blasters and 1950's toy collection. The 3 red ammo balls are perfect and still in their original box.
