These are an amazing pair of men's Rusty boardshorts size 31 in very good condition.  These are the kind of polyester boardshorts that look and feel soft on the outside and shiny on the inside.  I can't even begin to describe the graphics - these are definitely a conversation in themselves!.  There is a long wax comb in the pocket.  The inside of the waistband is the soft kind of polyester.  Front closure are laces ("Rusty" is printed on them in white) and Velcro.  Stretchy fly (polyester or lycra).  Grommets are excellent. 

Length is 21.5" Inseam is 9.5" and front rise is 12 inches.
