MIG / Stick 2 in 1 welder
The MIG welding machine supports both MIG and ARC welding and provides up to 140Amp DC output, designed for dual voltage operation and is compatible with 110v/220v inputs.
Welder Cleaning
A clean MIG/ARC welder is the foundation for proper welding. You should include cleaning in your regular maintenance program for best results. First, be sure to unplug the MIG welding machine and remove all covers. Then use a dry air hose to remove dirt, dust, and debris from the power supply and wire drive mechanism.
Cables and Connections
Always check the cables for damage before starting to weld. Damaged cables affect arc stability; they can therefore lead to poor welding. In addition, make sure that the connections are not loose. Loose connections can lead to heat buildup in the cables and eventually damage the torch or components.
You should check your ground. Poor grounding can lead to unstable welds, so you must constantly adjust the voltage to get good quality.
