TROUBLESHOOTING

 

Problem:

 

Heater will not power on and shuts off unexpectedly

 

Probable cause: Heater is not plugged into a 120-Volt polarized outlet/receptacle

 

Solution: Ensure unit is in OFF position; plug in unit and attempt to turn on again

Probable cause: Overheat protection feature on heater has turned off

Solution: Turn off heater, unplug it and wait at least 10 to 20 minutes for the unit to cool down. Plug the heater back in and turn it on

Problem:

Humidifier will not spray

 

Probable cause: There is little to no water in the water tank

 

Solution: Take out water tank and add tap water

Probable cause: The water tank had poor contact with machine

Solution: Remove water tank and put it back

Probable cause: The water plugged up the spray nozzle when first used Solution: Please use tissue to clean water on the spray nozzle
