Item is NEW IN BOX- Just not wrapped. The cardboard pieces are mostly in tact on the original punch out board (a few have fallen off as it is over 40 years old now- but they are all there!) 

Ships via USPS or UPS and will be dependent upon the weight of the item as to what service it ships with. Please note that any media items ship via Media Mail. All other items ship either USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground and varies depending on your distance from my home location (NJ).
