The Waters Model 651C-3 Torque Watch Gauges Series 651 2-40 OZ/IN Mid Range Reaction is a torque gauge that can measure low static torque values ranging from 0.05 oz-in to 40.0 oz-in. It has a 1/4 inch keyed chuck for coupling to the device being measured. The gauge also has internal stainless steel rotation stops that can prevent damage from over-torque up to twice the normal range.
