Released on January 18, 1940: Walter Burns, intrepid newpaper editor of a large Chicago newspaper, gets a visit from his ex-wife Hildy informing him that she is going to marry insurance salesman Bruce, so Walter uses every trick he can think of to delay her departure for the wedding.
