the hauler has a label with 'TAC' on it (back side between canisters)

  and on front rubber tab that holds tubes in place (see photos)

TUBES NOT INCLUDED

from bottom loop to top of cloth canister - 8.5 inches

      tubes should be 9 -inches approx for top securing flap to work

     (we tried a 12 inch tube, and could not secure the top flap)3 inches
