Piper Aircraft 41533-06 Cover Assembly

This item was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. It is in good cosmetic condition. It is tagged, "PA-31-350, N711HC" with no condition status indicated. It measures about 5" x 3 1/2" x 2 3/4" tall. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
