K&S 33700-6005-000 Illuminator Power Supply for Fiber Optics

This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition, but it's missing the carrying handle. It powers on, the fan runs, the light comes on, and the dimmer works. The age of the bulb is unknown. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
