This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition. We are not able to find the exact model of this unit. The output of the power adapter is 4.75~5.25 VDC. We are not able to test it. We have more than one of these, so the item you receive may not match the pictures exactly, but it will be in the same condition. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
