This receiver is new but the outer box had some moisture damage and was discarded.  All of the contents are wrapped in there original plastic bags and remained dry.  Included is a power adapter, rack mount ears, 940TM Phonic Ear/Front Row pendant Mic and the other accessories shown in the pictures.
