This item is used. It is in good cosmetic condition. It powers on and the display reads "638.825". It hasn't been tested further. This is only the receiver - no antennas, power supply, A/C adapter, or transmitter. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
The frequency on this is 630-662 MHz.
