Fiber Optic Specialties Light Source

This is a used item. It is in good cosmetic condition. We do not see any model number on this item. This unit powers on and the light comes on and the dimmer control seems to work fine, but a little tight to turn. We do not know how many hours are on the bulb. The socket opening for the cable is about 5/8" ID. We are not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
