Aircraft Part Bracket 584323 I Pratt & Whitney Overhauled

This bracket was purchased from an aviation surplus sale. I do not know the history of it. It is  in a sealed bag. It is tagged, "OH" with no aircraft type indicated. The tag reads, "Pratt & Whitney, Model JT8D-7B". I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures.
