Germination instructions: Sow seeds 1/4 inch deep in the fall or right before winter and expect the seeds to germinate in spring at temperatures around 70 degrees. Otherwise, cold stratify the seeds any time of year (put them in moist paper towel and then in a ziploc that goes in the freezer) for 60 days. Once seeds have been in cold temperatures for this many days they will sprout once removed in staged 70 degree temperatures, shortly thereafter.
