Bijou Quartz Wrist Watch Pink

Will require a new battery from sitting around in my jewelry box. Measures about 9 inches for the band. Is missing the hoop buckle area that attaches it to the wrist. Side pin and tongue is there, just not the hoop. Flawed but possibly fixable. Sold as is. Face area measures about 1-3/4 by 1-1/2 inches. I have another watch in this brand with the same issue.
