Cestrum newellii has these brilliant pink-red flowers in the spring thru summer, followed by red berries in the fall. The flowers attract hummingbirds. Cestrum newellii has downy leaves that have a reddish cast on the new growth. The Red Cestrum will grow to 6-8 feet tall and usually about half that width.
