The original speakers found in a PORSCHE 356 with factory oval speakers are 4X7. These speakers are no longer available. A couple well known restoration parts suppliers do offer reproduction speakers with the chrome grills for $495+ for a pair.
Woody's Custom Shop is now offering this alternative which uses the original factory mounting holes,
no drilling needed (please see photos).
